Job summary

Regional Reporting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Insurance Loss Control Consultant to perform commercial insurance loss control inspections and prepare underwriting reports.

The role involves driving to client sites, observing facilities, noting operations, and documenting findings for insurance underwriting. Applicants should have at least 2 years of loss control experience, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to work from home with a PC and reliable internet.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with loss control providers or insurers.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance lines: property, GL and inland marine.
• Ability to identify building construction and ISO classes.
• Proven writing, time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Record on-site observations, measurements and photos per carrier requirements.
• Identify building/roof construction type, square footage and hazards.
• Complete assignments/reports by due dates and upload findings.
• Communicate with Field Manager to complete inspections cost-effectively.
• Coordinate inspection meetings with insured representatives on-site.
• Prepare and report inspection results and diagrams; drive to locations; some overnight travel may be required.
