The Sales Portfolio Consultant has a pay scale that includes a base hourly rate of $20.00.

This position is 100% on-site at Longo Toyota in El Monte, CA.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist guests inquiring about vehicles over the phone by asking questions and listening carefully.
2. Make outbound calls to set up appointments from our clientele portfolio.
3. Communicate professionally, friendly, and efficiently with callers.
4. Follow up with guests who previously visited the dealership to request their business.
5. Provide information on vehicle pricing (MSRP), packages, and availability.
6. Explain product performance, applications, and benefits to guests.
7. Introduce guests to dealership operations, including service and parts departments, to highlight the quality and efficiency of our service.
8. Maintain daily activity records and reports.
9. Achieve sales objectives set by management.
10. Stay updated on new products, features, accessories, and their benefits.
11. Assist in all other sales department areas as needed.
12. Perform administrative duties as assigned.
13. Maintain a professional appearance and high ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Self-initiated, organized, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of retail automotive laws.
• Ability to coordinate activities, understand instructions, and use good judgment.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
