Overview

We are seeking a Guest Relations Representative who can thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment. Availability for closing shifts (11:00am-8:00pm), weekends (Saturdays & Sundays), and holidays is required. As the front-line representative of our dealership, you will interact with the public, answer and route incoming calls, take accurate messages, and provide basic information to guests. If you are responsible, able to juggle multiple tasks, and have a flexible schedule, this role may be suitable for you.

The position offers a pay scale with a base hourly rate of $17.50.

Responsibilities:

• Answer, transfer, and provide information to incoming calls, walk-in guests, and vendors
• Direct calls to appropriate parties
• Communicate professionally and courteously with callers, guests, and vendors
• Minimize hold time and call abandonment rates
• Track sales personnel check-ins and check-outs
• Notify relevant parties when guests are waiting
• Perform administrative duties as assigned
• Maintain guest contact information accurately
• Uphold high ethical standards
• Keep workspace organized and clean
• Maintain a professional appearance

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of customer service experience; experience with multiple phone lines preferred
• Ability to coordinate activities with team members
• Proficiency in reading and understanding instructions in English
• Polite, pleasant demeanor with professional communication skills via phone, internet, and in person
