We are seeking Product/Delivery Specialists who share our passion and vision to transform the automotive delivery experience. No previous automotive experience is necessary; we provide training, development, and promotion from within.
The Product Specialist creates an exceptional guest experience by delivering new and pre-owned vehicles and showcasing vehicle features after purchase. Ideal candidates enjoy being on the move, driving across multiple cities, are detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a love for cars. Wages start with a Base Hourly Rate of $20.00.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver purchased vehicles to guests at designated locations.
- Explain vehicle features, applications, and benefits thoroughly.
- Assist the Fleet department with vehicle deliveries.
- Inspect vehicles for damage and verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice.
- Ensure vehicle serial numbers match delivery paperwork.
- Complete delivery paperwork promptly according to dealership policies.
- Maintain communication with sales personnel regarding vehicle delivery and scheduling.
- Arrive on time for scheduled appointments and communicate with guests about any changes.
- Acquire and maintain comprehensive product knowledge of all vehicles and understand competitor features, benefits, and shortcomings.
- Stay updated on new products, features, accessories, and their benefits to guests.
- Meet guest satisfaction objectives set by management.
- Keep the parking lot organized and tidy.
- Follow all safety policies and practices.
- Assist in other sales department areas and perform administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in automotive sales.
- Basic mathematical skills and knowledge of laws governing retail automotive sales.
- Ability to coordinate activities, understand instructions in English, learn relevant laws, exercise good judgment, and pay attention to detail.
- Valid sales driver’s license with a safe driving record.
