Overview

We are seeking a Guest Relations Representative who can thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment. Availability for closing shifts (11:00am-8:00pm), weekends (Saturdays & Sundays), and holidays is required. As the front-line representative of our dealership, you will interact with the public, answer and route incoming calls, take accurate messages, and provide basic information to guests. If you are responsible, capable of multitasking, and need mornings off for other commitments, this role might be suitable for you.

The position offers a pay scale with a base hourly rate of $17.50, along with other compensation elements.

Responsibilities

• Answer, transfer, and provide information to incoming calls, walk-in guests, or vendors.
• Direct calls to appropriate parties.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with callers, guests, and vendors.
• Minimize hold times and call abandon rates.
• Track sales personnel check-ins and check-outs.
• Notify relevant parties when guests are waiting.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned.
• Maintain guest contact information accurately.
• Uphold high ethical standards.
• Keep the workspace organized and clean.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably with multiple phone lines.
• Ability to coordinate activities with colleagues.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding instructions in English.
• Polite demeanor and professional communication skills via phone, internet, and in person.

Physical Demands

The physical requirements include:

• Frequent bending, stretching, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking, and hearing.
• Moving and positioning oneself in various environments, including tight spaces.
• Remaining stationary, often standing or sitting for extended periods.
