Overview

We are seeking a Lexpert, Lexus Technology Expert capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment to deliver new and Lexus Certified vehicles to our guests. You will explain vehicle functions and features to ensure guests maximize their vehicle experience.

This is a full-time position requiring weekend and evening availability to match guest schedules. Join a talented sales team at Longo Lexus, where you'll be supported by the best in the industry.

Compensation: The pay scale includes a base hourly rate of $19.00, with elements and ranges to be discussed.

Location: This position is 100% onsite at Longo Lexus in El Monte, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect vehicles for damage and verify accessories listed on the invoice
• Ensure vehicle serial numbers match delivery paperwork
• Complete delivery paperwork and electronic transactions promptly
• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments and maintain communication with sales personnel regarding vehicle delivery issues or schedule changes
• Stay current with product knowledge, especially new features and accessories
• Introduce guests to dealership operations, including service and parts departments
• Achieve sales and guest satisfaction goals set by management
• Perform administrative duties as assigned
• Maintain high ethical standards and professional appearance

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of customer service experience in automotive or technology industries preferred
• Knowledge of vehicle leasing, basic math, equity values, depreciation, and relevant laws
• Ability to coordinate with team members, follow instructions, and communicate professionally
• Valid California driver’s license with a safe driving record

Physical Demands:

• Frequent bending, stretching, reaching, and talking or hearing
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and environments
• Lifting up to 50 pounds
• Moving in different positions and operating vehicles or equipment
