The candidate will complete the Infant/Toddler CDA within six months and obtain First Aid/CPR certifications to ensure safe, quality care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; must complete Infant/Toddler CDA within 6 months.
• Obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Prefer 2 years of related ECE experience; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend required training and staff meetings.
• Coordinate with parents and staff to implement curricula.
• Maintain confidentiality per FERPA/HIPPA.
• Plan activities based on developmentally appropriate practices.
• Document child development and required screenings.
