Job summary

Innovative Network of Knowledge is seeking an Early Head Start assistant to support infant and toddler education in a collaborative team. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and completion of the Infant/Toddler CDA within six months, plus First Aid/CPR certifications. Bilingual candidates are preferred.

You will work with education staff and families to deliver the curriculum and ensure compliance with Head Start standards, privacy policies, and licensing regulations.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED and completion of Infant/Toddler CDA within 6 months.
• Must obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Prefer 2 years of related experience in an Early Head Start preschool classroom.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend all required trainings, online sessions, workshops and staff meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality per policies and applicable laws (FERPA & HIPPA).
• Collaborate with education staff, parents and Parent Committee to implement curriculum aligned with Head Start standards.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate Frog Street Infant & Toddlers curriculum for the ages served.
• Document and provide Part C Service Coordination for children with special needs.
