Job summary

Innovative Network of Knowledge (INK) seeks an Early Head Start education staff member to support infants and toddlers in a developmentally appropriate program. You will coordinate with families and staff to implement curriculum and monitor progress.

Position requires a high school diploma or GED, a CDA, and First Aid/CPR certs, with a preference for bilingual Spanish speakers and prior Head Start experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CDA certification required.
• First Aid and CPR certifications required.
• Prefer 2 years of related experience in an Early Head Start preschool classroom.

Responsibilities

• Attend required training, including online trainings and staff meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality per policies and FERPA & HIPAA.
• Work with education staff, parents, and Parent Committee to implement meaningful curriculum.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate Frog Street infant/toddler curriculum.
• Document screenings, assessments, and developmental progress for children.
