Job summary

Innovative Network of Knowledge seeks an Early Head Start educator to support infants and toddlers in a dynamic classroom. You must have a High School Diploma or GED and complete an Infant/Toddler CDA within 6 months, plus First Aid and CPR certifications.

Preference given to bilingual (Spanish) candidates. You will work with families and staff to implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and participate in training, meetings, and program activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; complete Infant/Toddler CDA within 6 months.
• First Aid and CPR certifications must be obtained and maintained.
• Prefer bilingual (Spanish) applicants with Head Start experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend required trainings and stay updated on Head Start standards.
• Collaborate with staff, parents, and committees to implement curriculum.
• Maintain confidentiality and document development for each child.
• Plan developmentally appropriate activities for infants and toddlers.
