Job summary

Innovative Network of Knowledge (INK) is seeking a dedicated childcare professional to support a dynamic learning environment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and a CDA credential or current CDA program enrollment within 18 months.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; CDA or state CDA-equivalent credential (or enrollment in CDA program to be completed within 18 months).
• One year of related work experience required.
• Ability to respond sensitively to diverse populations and communicate in English (Spanish preferred).
• Valid driver’s license required; pass health exam and background checks; lifting up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily cleaning of facilities and maintain inventory of supplies.
• Assist with classroom supervision and setup/teardown for activities and events.
• Support nutrition services and safe, developmentally appropriate care for children.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and health practices per policy; report incidents promptly.
• Communicate with teachers about student behavior and progress.
• Travel up to 50% for conferences/meetings and attend events as needed.
