Job summary

Innovative Network of Knowledge (INK) seeks an Early Head Start educator to support development of infants and toddlers. You will work with families and education staff to implement developmentally appropriate activities and maintain accurate records.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED with a mandatory Infant/Toddler CDA within 6 months, plus First Aid/CPR certifications. Bilingual Spanish is preferred, and prior Head Start experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; must complete Infant/Toddler CDA within 6 months.
• First Aid and CPR certifications required.
• Prefer 2 years of related experience in an Early Head Start preschool classroom.
• Prefer bilingual (Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Attend required trainings, online sessions, workshops, and staff meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality per FERPA & HIPAA and protect child information.
• Collaborate with parents and staff to implement meaningful curriculum.
• Supervise classroom and outdoor activities and ensure developmentally appropriate practices.
