Job summary

Innovative Network of Knowledge is seeking an Early Head Start educator to implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for infants and toddlers. You will collaborate with families and staff to support each child's growth, while maintaining confidentiality and complying with Head Start standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, plus completion of an Infant/Toddler CDA within 6 months. Bilingual (Spanish) abilities are preferred; strong computer skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Required - High School Diploma or GED and must complete an Infant/Toddler CDA certification within 6 months of employment.
• Maintain First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Prefer bilingual (Spanish).
• Extensive knowledge and skills in early childhood development.

Responsibilities

• Attend required training, including online sessions, workshops, and staff meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality per FERPA & HIPPA and program policies.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate Frog Street Infants & Toddlers curriculum.
• Collaborate with parents and staff to meet individual child goals.
• Document and report child development progress and screenings.
