Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a licensed mental health clinician to join our team in Virginia. You will deliver recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings for residents in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.

The role requires a master’s in social work or doctoral-level psychology credentials with an active state license. You’ll work with an interdisciplinary team, follow treatment plans, and maintain compliant documentation in the EMR system.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work and a current license to practice in the state where you will practice.
• Therapists require LCSW/LISW/LPCC/LCMHC/LMFT with a Master’s degree and state license.
• Knowledge of assessment techniques, psychotherapy methods, and DSM guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assess each resident with consent to determine needs and develop a treatment plan.
• Consult with primary care physicians, family, facility staff and Eventus staff as needed.
• Document treatment plans, sessions, and updates for the patient’s medical record.
• Review facility care needs with Resident Care Coordinator and staff on arrival/departure.
• Maintain open communications with facility staff and provide guidance on care plans.
• Adhere to Eventus WholeHealth policies, HIPAA, and regulatory guidelines.
