Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a licensed mental health professional to join our team in Virginia for on-site, part-time work in long-term care facilities. You'll provide recovery-oriented psychotherapy to adults in skilled nursing and assisted living settings, individually or in groups.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will develop treatment plans, document sessions, and coordinate with facility staff and the clinical supervisor, while ensuring HIPAA compliance and patient

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work and licensure to practice in the state.
• Licensure as LCSW/LISW/LPCC/LCMHC/LMFT or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of assessment, psychotherapy techniques, and DSM.
• Confidentiality and HIPAA compliance essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication; teamwork encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents to determine needs and develop treatment plans.
• Document treatment plans and sessions per policy and HIPAA rules.
• Collaborate with facility staff and clinical supervisor as needed.
• Maintain open communication with care teams and administration.
• Uphold ethical standards and regulatory guidelines at all times.
