The role requires deep knowledge of neuroscience and LTC markets, with a strong emphasis on data-driven territory planning, cross-functional collaboration, and effective stakeholder engagement across managed markets and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; life sciences preferred.
• 3 years of sales experience in pharma/healthcare; neuroscience preferred.
• 8+ years in healthcare sales for Sr. level; 12+ for Executive level with complex selling.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with LTC care teams including physicians and nursing facility staff.
• Promote Acadia products with compliant clinical, disease state, and reimbursement education.
• Identify and address questions with advanced selling skills.
• Develop territory plans using data to maximize reach within budget.
• Guide pricing, reimbursement, and LTC profitability; liaise on access issues.
