Intersect Healthcare of Grandville in Grandville, MI seeks a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care and coordinate resident care plans. You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Unit Managers to meet regulatory requirements and ensure accurate documentation.

The role involves supervising CNAs, administering medications, conducting assessments, and communicating changes in treatment plans. Walk-in interviews are welcome every Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Formación

• Must possess a current Michigan license as a Registered Nurse.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess resident conditions and develop care plans.
• Make rounds with physician and evaluate symptoms.
• Provide preventative, supportive, and rehabilitative care.
• Administer medications per policy and physician orders.
• Coordinate supplies, equipment, and appointments.
• Supervise CNAs and assist with resident care.
• Document in medical records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with Michigan and federal regulations.
