Romark Logistics in Bethel, PA is seeking a Workflow Coordinator for daily workload allocation across Zone Teams, ensuring timely shipping and inbound activities. You will distribute tasks to maintain balanced workloads and use JDA to manage documentation.

Responsibilities include prioritizing orders, coordinating with the yard and carriers, auditing documents, and resolving bottlenecks to sustain a steady product flow. Competitive hourly pay with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with JDA Warehouse Management Systems and related reports.
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving, inventory, and material handling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Assign workload to Zone Teams to meet ship-ready and inbound deadlines.
• Balance workloads and forecast queue productivity.
• Monitor completion across Zone Teams for balanced shipments.
• Coordinate with Team Lead to manage zone flow.
• Check in and reschedule returns or weight adjustments with carriers.
• Prioritize orders and process paperwork (BOLs) using JDA.
• Audit inbound/outbound documents for completeness.
• Review shorts or cuts to maximize order fulfillment.
• Communicate load status with carriers or Customer Service.
• Balance work across zones and coordinate with Yard Manager.
• Flag unproductive behavior to Supervisors.
• Accept/refuse live loads per schedule.
• Other duties as assigned.
