Qualifications

• Ability to monitor workflow and identify bottlenecks across zones.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily workload to Zone Teams and manage shipping load ready date and inbound time on yard.
• Distribute assignments to balance workload and forecast queue.
• Monitor completion of work to balance shipments and inbounds.
• Coordinate with Team Lead to manage zone flow inbound and outbound.
• Prioritize orders and process related paperwork (BOLs) using JDA.
• Audit inbound and outbound documents for completeness and compliance.
• Communicate load/unload status with carriers or Customer Service.
• Accept/refuse live loads based on schedule adherence.
