Compensation and Benefits

• Pay rate: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Schedule and coordinate daily trucking, delivery, and pickup activity.
• Monitor drivers, routes, shipment status, and delivery documentation.
• Communicate with customers, drivers, and warehouse personnel to resolve logistics issues.
• Enter and update dispatch information in transportation management systems and related software.
• 2+ years of dispatching, logistics, transportation, or related experience preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of related experience is a strong fit for this opportunity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Strong data entry, recordkeeping, and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced transportation or logistics environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to prioritize deadlines, adapt to changing schedules, and maintain a professional, team-oriented attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using TMS, GPS tracking, dispatch software, or similar logistics technology.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation compliance requirements.
• Additional logistics, supply chain, or transportation training.
• Prior experience in trucking, freight, warehouse distribution, or materials transportation environments.
