US Foods, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to support daily logistics operations from a desk-based office in Woodburn, OR. The role focuses on clerical tasks, backhaul coordination, and driving accurate reporting using Excel and transportation systems.

You will collaborate with drivers, sales representatives, and vendors, resolve issues, and help schedule pickups. Requires at least two years in warehouse admin, HS diploma, and familiarity with Omnitracs/Kronos; Mon-Fri daytime

• Minimum two years of experience in warehouse administrative or clerical position.

Responsabilidades

• Answer driver, sales rep and customer inquiries and provide route updates.
• Use software to create, update, and communicate reports (attendance, DVIRs, backhaul spreadsheets, delivery windows, logs).
• Assist in damages/shorts process and complete related paperwork.
• Coordinate backhaul and transportation information with relevant teams.
• Schedule pick ups for backhaul orders and vendors and communicate updates.
