Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking a Logistics Team Leader to manage a shift-based warehouse team, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will lead planning, communication, and continuous improvement while coordinating with the customer on requirements and performance.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, mentoring staff, and delivering KPI metrics. The role offers a night shift schedule and opportunities for professional development within ID Logistics US.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1+ year related experience or training; ability to complete post-hire assessments; able to obtain equipment certifications (e.g. OSHA); PPE required per safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Plans, manages, and controls teamwork with clear objectives and expectations.
• Communicates road map and final goals; knows team members and motivates them.
• Establishes periodic briefings to monitor activities and objectives.
• Encourages and supports the team; provides feedback and training as needed.
• Promotes process improvement and participation in innovation programs.
• Scales workforce and equipment to meet forecasts; supervises operations.
• Maintains customer communication and coordinates specific requirements.
• Ensures health and safety rules are followed and audits are addressed.
• Provides KPI data and coordinates information flow between team and management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
