ID Logistics seeks a Logistic Team Leader to manage the team, organize work, and ensure quality and safety in line with customer specifications.

You will plan staffing, monitor performance with KPIs, coach the team, and drive process improvements while coordinating with the customer and operations management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent.
• A-level to 2 years of higher education or equivalent through experience.
• Training in transport, logistics and management.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, manages, and controls teamwork with clear objectives.
• Communicates road map and goals to inspire the team.
• Maintains safety and health rules and procedures.
• Coordinates with the customer and audits as required.
• Provides KPIs and drives continuous improvement.
