Qualifications

• 0 to 1 year of direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• 1 year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet company standards and customer service specifications.
• Establish work schedules and procedures; coordinate activities to ensure optimal shift performance.
• Monitor site KPI and drive engagement and accountability within the team.
• Collaborate with customers on all aspects of operations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
