Job summary

The role offers a salary of $60,000 per year, with a Monday, Wednesday – Saturday schedule and flexibility for additional hours based on business needs. The supervisor will coach and develop staff, optimize processes, and ensure adherence to labor agreements and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• One year+ experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution preferred.
• 0 to One (1) year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• DOT Regulated No.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes in collaboration with the Logistics Manager.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities of workers for optimal shift logistics.
• Ensure KPI tracking and performance improvement with the team.
• Conduct regular progress meetings with staff to monitor objectives.
• Foster diversity and inclusion and coach staff on improvements.
