Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• 0 to 1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day logistics operations.
• Coordinate schedules with the Logistics Manager and ensure compliance with company standards and customer specifications.
• Establish shift schedules and oversee staff performance including coaching and evaluations.
• Address performance issues and maintain positive labor relations; ensure health, safety and security initiatives are followed.
