• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities of workers to optimize shift logistics.
• Accountable for site KPI performance.
• Collaborate with customers across all aspects of operations.
• Conduct performance evaluations and recognize staff.
