Qualifications

• 0–1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with Logistics Manager.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities to ensure optimal shift performance.
• Monitor site KPI and customer expectations.
• Conduct performance evaluations and recognize achievements.
• Enforce health & safety practices and company policies.
