This exempt, salaried role pays $75,000 per year, with eligibility for a quarterly incentive up to $1,000, and a Wednesday-Saturday 5:00am-5:00pm shift. You will supervise daily logistics operations, coordinate with the Logistics Manager, set schedules, monitor KPIs, and coach a diverse team while upholding safety and customer standards.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience.
• 1+ year experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily logistics operations and supervise the shift or assigned area.
• Coordinate with Logistics Manager to plan and review processes meeting company standards and customer specs.
• Establish schedules and oversee workers for optimal shift logistics; monitor KPI with customer.
• Provide orientation and development for team members and address performance issues as needed.
