Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Customer Logistics Supervisor in Greencastle, PA to lead daily logistics operations and coach a frontline team. You will drive safe, efficient service aligned with customer expectations and work closely with the Logistics Manager on process planning.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 0 to 1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• 1 year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Travel willingness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet standards and customer service specs.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities to optimize shift/team logistics.
• Be accountable for site KPIs and drive performance.
• Collaborate with customers in all aspects of operations and maintain communication.
• Conduct performance evaluations and address issues; promote safety and inclusion initiatives.
