Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• 2+ years of direct reports management experience.
• Knowledge of transportation or warehouse logistics operations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance of salaried and hourly employees and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with management and customers to meet needs and expectations.
• Be responsible for payroll and vendor invoices.
• Analyze weekly/monthly P&L and report profitability to senior management.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure safety regulations are followed.
• Be available for flexible schedules and various shifts.
