• Supervises driver performance to balance business and driver needs.
• Coach drivers using High Performance Coaching to improve performance and behavior.
• Ensure high levels of service through proactive communication with customers.
• Maximize profitability via efficient equipment utilization.
• Handle sensitive issues and driver disputes with effective communication.
• Plan driver loads based on availability and ensure on-time service.
