The role emphasizes proactive communication, problem solving, and effective load planning to maximize profitability while maintaining high driver and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in operations, experience with fleet management or load planning, and a solid understanding of DOT

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Equivalent years of experience are defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety metrics and KPIs around service pickup, deadhead, and assignments per week.
• Supervise driver performance to balance business and driver needs.
• Coach drivers on performance or behavior expectations using High Performance Coaching.
• Maintain high levels of service by building strong relationships and proactive communication with customers.
