Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations experience in customer service, fleet management, or load planning.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations affecting daily operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety metrics and KPIs for service pickup %, deadhead %, and assignments per week.
• Supervise driver performance balancing business and driver needs.
• Coach drivers using High Performance Coaching.
• Maintain high customer service levels through proactive communication.
• Maximize profitability through effective equipment utilization.
• Coordinate with drivers on medicals, drug screens, and CDL renewal deadlines.
• Plan driver loads based on availability (PTA).
• Collaborate with other departments to support objectives.
