RXO CORPORATE SOLUTIONS is seeking a Specialist, Logistics to handle order entry, routing and dispatching, and traffic coordination. You will support customers and drivers, ensuring loads are scheduled and delivered as planned. Weekend availability is required.

The role requires about a year of logistics experience and a high school diploma. RXO offers medical, retirement, and development programs as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• At least 1 year of logistics experience.
• Ability to update account managers on load status.
• Strong attention to detail in data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain customer profile information and enter loads from customer tenders.
• Update account managers on problem loads and actions taken; update receivers and customers on status.
• Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries; verify that loads arrived on time and in good condition.
• Take check calls from drivers; ensure loads deliver on time; validate load data for accounting.
• Investigate overages, shortages, damages; complete appropriate documentation.
• Schedule/reschedule delivery appointments for all loads; accept or decline loads per direction from account managers.
• Provide detailed directions and instructions to properly route drivers.
