Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5–7 years logistics experience.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze information and make recommendations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening.
• Proficient Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, advanced formulas).
• Experience with SAP and TMS systems preferred.
• Able to travel occasionally and work weekends or overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between 3PL, 4PL, carriers, and client entities.
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports and KPIs to ensure operational excellence.
• Produce and distribute department reports to stakeholders within the supply chain.
• Provide shipment status to various business units.
• Download and analyze shipping data from TMS and WMS to identify in-transit status.
• Confirm deliveries (IOD) to TMS.
• Upload documents (POD) to TMS and ERP.
• Maintain daily communication with 3PL/4PL and carriers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify trends and issues affecting on-time IOD/POD collection.
• Support process improvements and streamline existing workflows.
