Job summary

Staffmark Total Talent Solutions is seeking a Logistics Specialist for a fully on-site contract role in Santa Ana, CA, with hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The primary duty is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials according to the production schedule.

You will serve as a liaison between 3PL/4PL and carriers, analyze daily and monthly reports, and produce department reports to support on-time deliveries and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. in a related field.
• 5–7 years of logistics experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient Excel with formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience with SAP and TMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials per the production schedule.
• Serve as liaison between 3PL, 4PL, carriers, and client entities.
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports and KPIs to ensure operational excellence.
• Produce and distribute department reports to stakeholders within the supply chain network.
• Maintain communication to ensure on-time delivery and accurate data.
• Identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
