Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between 3PL, 4PL, carriers, and client entities.
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports and KPIs to ensure operational excellence.
• Produce and distribute department reports to stakeholders within the supply chain.
• Provide shipment status to various business units.
• Download and analyze shipping data from TMS and WMS to identify in-transit status.
• Confirm deliveries (IOD) to TMS.
• Upload documents (POD) to TMS and ERP.
• Maintain daily communication with 3PL/4PL and carriers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify trends and issues affecting on-time IOD/POD collection.
• Support process improvements and streamline existing workflows.

Summary:

We’re in search of a Logistics Specialist responsible for tracking domestic shipments from warehouse pickup through delivery, coordinating with carriers/3PLs/4PLs, monitoring on-time performance, obtaining PODs, and resolving delivery discrepancies. Strong focus on advanced Excel, large-dataset analysis, logistics operations, transportation tracking, and multi-system data analysis.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between 3PL, 4PL, carriers, and Client entities.
• Analyzedaily, weekly, and monthly reports and KPIs to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. with at least 5 to 7 years of relevant logistics experience.
• Demonstrateability to analyze information to identify, elevate, and make recommendations.
• Stronginterpersonal and communication skills including written, verbal, and activelistening.
• ProficientExcel skills (extract data, V-LOOKUP, advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
• Systemknowledge of SAP and TMS preferred.
• Strongtime management skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and actively followup.
• Demonstratea strong work ethic and ability to learn.
• Excellentproblem-solving, decision making, detail-oriented, and analytical skills.
• Abilityto support weekend, holidays, and overtime requirements as needed.
• Abilityto travel as needed (Extremely rare)

Areasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this positionis $40 to $42/hour
