Job summary

Harvey Nash is seeking a Business Analyst 2 for an onsite role in Plano, TX. This 12-month contract focuses on initiating B Good Sales with vendors and managing the end-to-end sales order lifecycle, serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.

The role requires strong SAP and Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication, and collaboration with Logistics, Credit, and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inventory and Load Management: Review inventory and build B Good truck loads based on customer needs and constraints.
• Daily Interaction with Logistics Team: Obtain load information and communicate timely.
• Vendor Collaboration: Work with B Goods Vendors to process orders efficiently.
• BOC Coordination: Enter Purchase Orders into NERP with the BOC team.
• Pricing Issue Resolution: Resolve pricing discrepancies that arise.
• Credit Department Interaction: Liaise with Credit to resolve vendor credit issues.
• PSI Team Coordination: Schedule and execute drop delivery orders.
• Order Follow-Up: Ensure orders are Goods Issued by following up with logistics.
• Weekly Tracker Generation: Create and maintain weekly trackers for progress.
