Nolan Transportation Group is seeking a Solutions Engineer to assess, develop and support logistics solution implementations. You will review current state, design an ideal future state, and lead cross-functional teams to create profitable, client-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• BS degree in business or related field; MBA preferred if degree not in business.
• 5+ years in supply chain management or logistics-related fields.
• 4+ years in complex, consultative solutions experience.
• Direct consulting experience in transportation, logistics, and/or TMS at C-Suite level.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate value and differentiators of Transportation Insight as a logistics partner.
• Gather and understand client requirements to deliver value-based supply chain improvements.
• Assess current state of prospect's supply chain and document it.
• Coordinate assessment processes and hold teams accountable to timelines.
• Understand client systems and requirements to propose best solutions.
• Develop a solutions strategy with cross-functional delivery teams.
• Facilitate prospect strategy meetings and coordinate internal resources.
• Document future solution for presentations and documentation.
• Assist in pricing strategies for service offerings.
