Job summary

Transend Logistics is seeking a Customer Salesperson to expand relationships with manufacturers shipping across North America and tailor supply chain solutions that meet client needs. You will oversee transitions to the account management team and maintain daily client communication to drive growth.

This role combines inside and outside sales, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, effective solutions and achieve sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in 3PL Logistics customer sales preferred.
• Ability to deliver client-focused solutions to customer needs.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with manufacturing companies that ship goods throughout North America.
• Tailor supply chain solutions that meet clients’ needs.
• Oversee transition to the Transend account management team.
• Maintain daily communication with the customer base to foster company growth and build lasting relationships.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas and collaborate with the sales team to capitalize on opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
