Job summary

Transportation Insight, LLC is seeking a Solutions Engineer to evaluate, design, and support logistics solutions that improve client business models. You will review current states, perform data-driven analysis, and lead hands-on implementation efforts within the sales process.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design profitable solutions, price complex multi‑mode services, and prepare presentations and documentation for client engagements. Travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• BS degree in business or related field; MBA preferred if not business-related.
• 5+ years in logistics or supply chain management.
• 4+ years of complex, consultative, solutions experience.
• Direct consulting experience in transportation/logistics/TMS at C‑Suite level.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Transportation Insight's value and service differentiators to clients.
• Gather client requirements and identify value-based supply chain improvements.
• Assess prospects' current state and document it clearly.
• Coordinate assessment with internal teams and manage timelines.
• Develop solution strategy with cross-functional delivery teams.
• Lead strategy meetings and coordinate resources for the solution design.
• Document future solutions for presentations and client documentation.
• Assist in pricing strategies for TI service offerings.
• Support sales by demonstrating technology platforms to close new business.
• Communicate effectively with prospects and clients via phone, web, and on-site.
