TikTok is seeking a Last Mile Solutions Manager to optimize delivery for a fast-growing e-commerce platform. You’ll collaborate with Fulfillment, Middle Mile, and Last Mile teams to plan capacity, onboard carriers, and drive cost-efficient routing across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce logistics, parcel delivery, last-mile operations, or platform fulfillment.
• Strong understanding of parcel networks, delivery SLAs, and carrier performance management.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills; experience with data dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Looker); Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal teams and external carriers.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Network Planning with Fulfillment Center, MM, SC, and LM teams.
• Support carrier onboarding by defining routing entry criteria and integration requirements.
• Partner with Strategy, Business Analytics, and Operations on volume forecasting and capacity planning.
• Support product launches and peak events by planning delivery capacity.
• Coordinate with merchant operations, fulfillment centers, customer service, product, and engineering to improve processes and customer experience.
• Develop and manage scalable last-mile delivery solutions for a high-growth platform.
• Optimize routing, zone coverage, and service models for faster, more reliable delivery.
• Lead continuous improvement to reduce lead time and cost per package.
• Build dashboards for on-time delivery, first-attempt delivery, cost per order, and exception trends.
