Job summary

JAS Forwarding USA, Inc. is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Seattle to grow revenue and market share while building strong customer relationships.

You will support a team of Business Development Managers, manage a large customer portfolio, and collaborate with Sales and Operations to maximize opportunities. The role requires freight forwarding knowledge, strong Excel and PowerBI skills, and proficiency with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales-oriented or support role.
• Operational experience in freight forwarding or logistics – air/ocean shipments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerBI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and deadline orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation using JAS approved tools.
• Cold calling & appointment scheduling for sales campaigns.
• Coordinate joint sales efforts with overseas visitors or corporate sales.
• New account setup: credit/POA submissions & new account checklists.
• Support transition and implementation activities for customers.
• Provide customer training on the JAS digital solutions.
• Create SOPs and assist with QBR administration.
• Coordinate pricing resources to ensure competitive offers.
• Lead transition of strategic accounts into AM program when applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
