Job summary

Beemac Logistics is seeking a driven sales professional to build and grow a personal portfolio of clients in the transportation and logistics space. You will prospect, network, and own client relationships from first contact through delivery, coordinating with operations to ensure timely shipments.

Ideal candidates bring prior sales or customer service experience, strong phone communication, and a hunter mentality.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills on the phone.
• Hungry for success with hunter mentality.
• Full-time availability in office (Mon–Fri).

Responsibilities

• Build and grow your own portfolio of clients in transportation and logistics.
• Prospect and develop new business through calls, emails, and networking.
• Manage relationships as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Use McLeod software and external load boards to find carriers and negotiate rates.
• Collaborate with operations to coordinate and track shipments.
• Drive daily sales activity via phone, email, and messaging tools.
• Leverage technology and AI daily for pricing, operations, load booking, etc.
