Job summary

Rome Logistics Group is seeking a Sales Account Executive in Charlotte, NC. The role offers a $50,000 base salary plus uncapped commission, with an in-office schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

You will build and manage a local client portfolio, source new business, and negotiate freight solutions across North America. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, with a clear path to grow the North Carolina operation within a dynamic 3PL team backed by 25+ years of industry

Qualifications

• Post-secondary ed or related experience required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and manage a client book of business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of clients.
• Identify and capture new opportunities and revenue.
• Engage with clients and act as trusted advisor.
• Drive growth by expanding the client base.
• Perform business prospecting and connect with decision-makers.
• Negotiate rates and terms with carriers.
• Collaborate with Operations for top-tier service.
