Job summary

Inside LVMH is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day transportation, warehouse, and inventory operations, ensuring on-time, cost-effective delivery. You'll collaborate with carriers, 3PLs, customer service, sales, and finance to keep supply chain running smoothly.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily shipments, monitoring fleets, maintaining records, assisting with cycle counts, and supporting audits.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics or related field is required.
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS or transportation management systems is expected.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent communication abilities and attention to detail are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipments from warehouses to customers and retail locations.
• Schedule and monitor FTL, LTL, parcel, and courier shipments.
• Track shipments and communicate delivery updates.
• Review open orders and identify potential delays.
• Obtain shipment status updates and proof of delivery documents.
• Assist with transportation issues including delays, shortages, damages, and refused shipments.
• Maintain shipping documentation and records.
• Support expedited and special shipment requests.
• Support receiving, storage, and distribution activities.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipment accuracy.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate timely order fulfillment with warehouse teams.
• Maintain inventory records and transaction documentation.
• Prepare routine logistics and inventory reports.
• Assist with data entry and reconciliation activities.
• Work with Retail, E-commerce, Wholesale, Customer Service, and Finance teams.
• Assist with freight claims and supporting documentation.
• Maintain records for audits and operational reviews.
