Integration International Inc. is seeking a Logistics & Receiving Coordinator to support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material movement in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, prepare shipping documentation, and ensure accurate inventory transactions in ERP/WMS systems, while collaborating with carriers and internal teams. The role emphasizes attention to detail and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred.
• 2–5 years in logistics, shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or inventory control.
• Experience coordinating freight shipments and preparing shipping documentation.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems such as SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, Q2C, or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety, transportation, and trade compliance requirements.
• Lean/Kaizen or continuous improvement experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs), shipping labels, invoices, and transportation documentation.
• Schedule carrier pickups and track shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Manage the complete shipping process, from packing and labeling to documentation and dispatch.
• Resolve shipping, receiving, and inventory-related issues; participate in daily operational meetings.
