Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma and 1–3 years in shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory control, or logistics operations.
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification required.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process inbound and outbound shipments with accuracy and timely execution.
• Receive inbound materials, inspect for damage, verify quantities, and escalate discrepancies.
• Prepare shipping paperwork including bills of lading and packing lists.
• Perform ERP system receiving, inventory movements, and data entry.
• Monitor purchase orders and inventory transactions for accuracy.
• Conduct cycle counts and support physical inventory activities.
