Job summary

AS Talent Advisors is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Logistics Coordinator in Maryland to support the day-to-day flow of products through the warehouse. You will coordinate inbound shipments, accurately receive products into our ERP system, and maintain receiving documentation while assisting with outbound delivery scheduling.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in warehousing, inventory control, and data-driven processes, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, warehousing, and inventory control in the building materials industry.
• Able to work with ERP and warehouse management data and systems.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational/time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound shipments and ensure timely receiving into the ERP system.
• Maintain receiving documentation and records for accuracy.
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of outbound deliveries.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting warehouse flow and data accuracy.

Shipping & Receiving Logistics Coordinator

Are you highly organized and detail-oriented with experience in shipping, receiving and logistics? Our client is seeking a coordinator to support the day-to-day flow of products through their warehouse.

This position is responsible for coordinating inbound shipments, accurately receiving products into our ERP system, maintaining receiving documentation, and assisting with the scheduling and coordination of outbound deliveries.
